Nothing fancy about me- mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and powerlifter (Ranking with the United States Powerlifting Association - USPA) -- until perimenopause hit. I created this service to help women feel stuck in their fitness and wellness identify obstacles and successfully navigate their wellness journey successfully.
I want to share my journey from competing in National Powerlifting competitions, and training in 12 to 16 -week training cycles with 5 days of intense workouts - to struggling to get out of bed, comb my hair, and no interest in fitness or training.
Philippians 2:3–4: "Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do."
Around 45 years old, my body changed rapidly. Despite spending hours in the gym each day, intense powerlifting training, meal plan/prep, my weight steadily increased rearching 211 pounds on a 5’6 frame, pushing me into a higher weight class for each competition. I won first place each time - all natural, within weight/age class - but I felt horrible - physically and spiritually. I always stepped off the platform with three - four first place metals, but my body and joints ached, and my spirit felt defeated. I experienced:

I would like to use this platform to help women navigate through a perimenopause/menopause journey through my love of fitness, helping people, sharing knowledge, and providing professional resources.
