• You will receive one of three workouts that will cover 3 different areas (upper body, lower body, and circuit) via phone app.The workouts are not customized; however, created to focus on core areas:
  • Workouts are active for 7 days after purchase. Access to phone app and workout will expire.
  • No questionnaires, onboarding documents and auto subscription
  • Requires renewal after 7 days 

$60 - Virtual

• An overarching plan on the elements and format that may work best for you based on the information collected via discovery call and onboarding forms. Within 72 hours of purchasing the session, you will receive via phone app:
  • Questionnaires and onboarding documents 
  • 1 customized exercise plan 
    • Includes exercise videos and detailed written instructions
  • 1 customized meal plan
    • Includes favorite foods (if possible) 
  • 1 progress check-in 

             This is a great beginner program

$60 - Virtual

• Resistance band, functional, stretching, and body weight exercise routine to strengthen everyday movements, increase range of motion, and flexibility. Within 72 hours of purchasing the session, you will receive via phone app:
  • Questionnaire and onboarding documents 
  • 1 customized exercise plan 
    • Includes exercise videos and detailed written instructions
  • 1 customized meal plan
    • Includes favorite foods (if possible)
  • 1 progress check-in 

Intermediate - Advanced Program

$250 - Virtual

• A designed workout plan and meal plan to reach a specific milestone and or  goal. Within 72 hours of purchasing the session, you will receive via  phone app:
  • Questionnaires  and onboarding documents 
  • 6-8 customize exercise plans 
    • Includes exercise videos and detailed written instructions 
  • 6-8 customize meal plans 
    • Includes favorite foods (if possible)
  • 8   progress check-ins
    • Weekly photo submission for body composition progress
    • Weekly workout and meal plan adjustments

$400 - Virtual or Onsite (Indianapolis, IN Area)

• A designed workout plan and meal plan to reach a specific milestone and target goals. Within 72 hours of purchasing the session, you will receive via phone app:
  • Questionnaires and onboarding documents 
  • 4 customized exercise plans
    • Includes exercise videos and detailed written instructions
  • 4 customized meal plans
    • Includes favorite foods (if possible), & food restriction 
  • 4 In-person training sessions
  • Weekly in-person check-in
  • Workout & meal plan adjustments

$800 - Virtual or Onsite (Indianapolis, IN Area)

• Assistance with selecting a Powerlifting Association and registration, weight class selection, platform procedure, weight in process and competition rules. Plan is built based on competition date. Within 72 hours of purchasing the session, you will receive via phone app:
  • Questionnaires and onboarding documents 
  • 8-10 customized exercise plans 
    • Training plan built using a percentage of weight load 
    • Include exercise videos and detailed written instruction
